The HIGHER 2026 Conference led by Sheena Roberson of Cannabis Noire will take place July 23-25th in Philadelphia. As the first cannabis business and wellness experience built specifically for women of color, the conference boasts a list of dedicated Black women who are invested in the mission and each other.
This year’s event convenes leaders across generations and disciplines to examine how access, equity, and opportunity can be cultivated and protected as the cannabis industry continues to evolve. At its core, the gathering celebrates the pioneers and changemakers whose work has helped lay the foundation for today’s progress.
Spanning two days, HIGHER 2026 will offer a thoughtfully curated lineup of discussions, interactive workshops, immersive activations, and hands-on experiences. More than a traditional conference, the event is designed to equip attendees with practical resources, meaningful relationships, and the collaborative networks needed to drive long-term growth and impact.
For the third year, the Higher Conference offers speakers, panels, and a vendor marketplace illustrating the unwavering presence of Black women and their allies. This group of women is committed to ensuring that those benefitting from the cannabis eco-system are a reflection of the Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities.
Black Women have always been at the forefront of Cannabis legislation and continue to be a viable force in the growth of the industry. The program’s stellar lineup includes Key-Note Speaker Faye Coleman Founder of Pure Genesis, Sephida Artis-Mills of the United Empowerment Party, and Cannabis Policy Leader Khadijah Tribble.
