Welcome to our Community Guidelines, designed to foster inclusive, respectful, and supportive environments for everyone. Whether attending events or participating in wellness activities, we are committed to ensuring that all individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered. These guidelines aim to create spaces where people can connect, grow, and heal together, free from harm, discrimination, or intimidation. By adhering to these principles, we contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere that encourages mutual respect and understanding for all. Let’s work together to cultivate a space where everyone can thrive.

  • No racism, transphobia, biphobia, homophobia, sexism, colorism, ageism, ableism, anti-semitism, or fat-phobia.
  • Respect gender pro-nouns. Don’t guess, just ask 🙂 (For example: She/Her, He/Him, They, Them) Read more on gender pronouns here.
  • No form of physical touch without consent. This includes friendly hugs. (Try asking: “Is it okay if I hug you?”) Read more on everyday consent here.
  • If you experience harassment of any kind during the event please notify check-in or another team member.
  • Physical violence will not be tolerated. All parties will be immediately removed and a safety assessment will be conducted.
  • Respect the Team and their Protocols. This is stressed to guests, vendors, partners, special guests, speakers, etc. Everyone must go through security check and event check-in. You will not be permitted inside the venue without a wristband.
  • Event Staff Conduct. Please notify us immediately if anyone on our team does not meet your standard of service or to report staff misconduct. A survey will also be available after the event for your valued feedback.
  • Event Photography. Please respect others’ right to privacy. If you are asked not to photograph/video record someone then please respect their wishes. NO professional cameras or video recorders are permitted into the venue without prior written consent from EXHALE Philly.
