- EXHALE NYC Flowers-N-Poetry Sesh (2-2:30PM) – a mini-installment of EXHALE NYC‘s chill, poetry sesh to express, connect, and share. All performance mediums are welcome. Bring a blanket!
- Complimentary Mocktails – Try a new mocktail from the EXHALE NYC Mocktail Series every meetup!
The EXHALE Sensory Garden will be a healing, interactive green space filled with herbs and other plants designed to stimulate the senses—smell, touch, and even taste on special harvest days. It’s a space meant to inspire peace, connection, and a deeper relationship with nature.
