In 2019 Shannon founded Blk Women Wellness Co, a Social Wellness Club dedicated to providing Black Women in the NYC/NJ area with accessible Wellness resources, support, & education. Her mission is to help individuals find a sanctuary not only within themselves, but within the community spaces that she creates. In her spare time you can find her somewhere by the water, spending time with her loved ones, and teaching C2 & CSX at Core Power Yoga Midtown East.
