Coach Shay (she/her) is a certified Health & Empowerment Coach, Sound Practitioner, Vibrational Therapy, Public Speaker and Community Wellness Advocate. She educates and inspires others on all aspects of plant-based practices for the betterment of overall well-being. A fierce advocate for healthy and sound living, she shares awareness and practice of a healthier lifestyle through mindful/purposeful living that is anchored by self-care, empowerment, meditation and intentional focus on living a more restful life. She adamantly supports and promotes the right to healing, particularly for communities of color and dedicates her focus and energy to passionately helping individuals to find their path to wellness and fulfillment.
